Southernhay Gardens Case Study

Security Services at this site are undertaken on behalf of GVA Grimley. The site consists of numerous office blocks, roadways and subterranean car parks. The area is very much open plan and is also a public thorough fair. This brings with it a multitude of security concerns, namely the need to keep the tenants safe and secure whilst maintaining an open accessible site to which the public and prospective tenants can have safe and easy access.

Protection of this small community has been achieved through a combination of static, mobile and alarm response services and the provision of security officers that through the maintenance of appropriate training and uniform standards and the application of appropriate personal skills are able to be identifiable and confident in their duties without being overly officious.

We are very proud of the service we provide at this site and our partnership with GVA Grimley, we have since added to the services we provide for them and clients with similar concerns.
