roads and thoroughfares can not allow emergency access routes to become

licensed vehicle immobilisation service can solve your unauthorised parking problems.
Sapphire offers either random patrols or a call out service to your car park. Our officers are always diplomatic and courteous when dealing with drivers. In addition they have all recently completed the Security Industry Authority (SIA) BTEC national diploma in vehicle immobilisation.
Included in our weekly service charge you will receive the following services:
- Provision and maintenance of signage and equipment that acts as a continuous visual deterrent against unauthorised parking.
- Call out service and/or random parking patrols. (These also act as a crime reduction measure as our security officers can also be instructed to remove and escort individuals from your land that are not authorised to be there).
- Use of wheel clamps and tow trucks to enforce parking regulations.
- Issue of Parking Charge Notices and fine recovery if applicable.
- Administration of all associated correspondence and appeals.
- Issue and control of passes as required.
Parking Charge Notices
Parking Charge Notices can be used in addition to Vehicle Immobilisations to enhance car park management services or as a stand alone option . These notices can be used instead of vehicle immobilisation and is preferred by some clients as the process can be less confrontational. Once the notices are issued our legal department administer the recovery of the charge if the are not paid within 14 days. Thereafter details are sought from the DVLA and the registered keeper of the vehicle is then perused for the recovery of the charge by our appointed recovery agents.
